Advising and selling tour to clients Who from customers resources of company
• Respond to new business opportunities and enquiries in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner.
• Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes and supplier notes updated in an accurate and timely manner.
- Managing a client portfolio;
- Communicating with clients, meeting their demands and requirements via skype, emails or phone;
- Advising clients and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products;
- Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures;
- Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales;
- Making calculations and sending quotations;
- Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created;
- Attending team meeting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should be: 
- BA or MBA in Foreigner Language, Hotel & Tourism Management or other related majors;
- Good command of English or German a must;
- Can communicate (spoken & written) in English, German is a plus 
- Good communication skills;
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Having experience in inbound travel (tour guide, operation, sales, reservation) is privileged;
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded;
- Flexible, be willing, creative and having a good sense of product’s evaluation;
- Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure.
