1. 04 Sales Executive
- Direct sales to English/German speaking customers and Sales Support for Head Office IndochinaTravels Germany
- Design tour programs + Making quotations according to clients’ requests, and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales
- Co-ordinate with operations to help resolve any problems/issues relating to services during the tour.
- At least 02 years working as Inbound Sales Executive
- Fluent English speaking and writing (German is an advance)
- Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently; Positive attitude;
- Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills
- Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
- Team work, motivated and business focused;
- Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, English Language, Economics or Business preferred
- Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures.
- Experience in agent sales is an asset.

2. 04 Experienced Operator
- Handle booking services ( hotels, guide, transfer, boat , ect…)
- Pre-checking services to make sure all services are reserved before client's arrival;
- Dealing with trouble which may happen on tour implementing;
- Co-operate with Accounting Dept in payment to suppliers;
- Price negotiation with Hotels, Transport partners
- At least 3 years experience
- Good command of English ( German is an advance)
- Good communication skills;
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Having experience in inbound travel (tour guide, operation, sales, reservation) is privileged;
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded;
- Flexible, be willing, creative and having a good sense of product’s evaluation;
- Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure.

3. 02 Senior Accountants (Ưu tiên Nam)
Tốt nghiệp chính quy chuyên ngành kế toán các trường ĐH KTQD, Học viện Tài chính, Học viện Ngân hàng, ĐH Thương mại…
• Kinh nghiệm : 03 năm trở lên
• Trình độ ngoại ngữ : tiếng Anh đọc hiểu được các báo giá, hóa đơn là yêu cầu bắt buộc đối với vị trí kế toán cho văn phòng nước ngoài.
• Biết sử dụng các phần mềm Kế toán thông dụng
• Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính (Word, Excel, Microsofl Outlook..)
• Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, xử lý tình huống nhanh nhạy
• Trung thực, chăm chỉ, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.
