- Handle booking services ( hotels, guide, transfer, boat , ect…)
- Pre-checking services to make sure all services are reserved before client's arrival;
- Dealing with trouble which may happen on tour implementing;
- Co-operate with Accounting Dept in payment to suppliers;
- Price negotiation with Hotels, Transport partners
- At least 2 years experience
- Good command of English ( German is an advance)
- Good communication skills;
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Having experience in inbound travel (tour guide, operation, sales, reservation) is privileged;
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded;
- Flexible, be willing, creative and having a good sense of product’s evaluation;
- Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure.
